QUALIFICATIONS FOR RENTALS:
- Application fees: $75.00 per adults 18yrs +
- No evictions in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 7 years
- No sex offender register entry
- Must make no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent (some exceptions may apply)
- At least 2 years positive rental history
- Must have a good relationship / reference from prospects current and former landlords.
- No more than 2 pets
- Credit is pulled for verification purposes. We review credit for:
- Identification verification
- Address / rental history verification
- Confirm no charges owed to previous landlords
- Confirm no essential utility company is due funds for past bills
- National criminal and eviction background check
- Once approved, security deposits must be paid within 24 hours
- May only hold rental for 14 calendar days from date of security deposit payment
